The entire College gathers each year to celebrate Ryan Day, a chance to reflect upon the achievements of Queensland's largest Catholic school as it celebrates 30 years of work in the Kirwan community.
Ryan was named after Bishop Hugh Ryan, a long-serving bishop of the Townsville Diocese. Activities on Ryan Day include a full College liturgy, the annual senior and junior cross country, a mini fete hosted by the primary school students and their teachers, music, dancing and a varied range of class activities.
